Can I switch plans mid-cycle?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately with a prorated charge. Downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle. Contact support for assistance with plan changes.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and EFT/electronic funds transfer for South African businesses. Enterprise and Sovereign clients can request invoicing with net-30 terms. All prices are in ZAR and include VAT where applicable.
Is there a free trial available?
IntelliAI Group does not offer a free tier. However, qualified enterprise clients can request a diagnostic pilot (ZAR 25,000 for heavy industry) which includes data ingestion, proof of mathematical certainty, and an executive report. This pilot fee is credited toward your first month if you proceed with a full deployment.
What happens if I exceed my API call limit?
Standard and Enterprise plans include a set number of API calls per month. If you exceed your limit, additional calls are billed at a pay-as-you-go rate (ZAR 0.50 per 1,000 calls for Standard, ZAR 0.25 per 1,000 for Enterprise). Sovereign plans include unlimited API calls with no overage charges.
Is my data secure and compliant?
Absolutely. All plans include data residency in South Africa. Enterprise and Sovereign tiers add EU data residency options, SOC 2 compliance, and custom compliance frameworks (POPIA, GDPR, SOX, King IV). Sovereign deployments support air-gapped and on-premise configurations. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
Can I get a custom plan for my organisation?
Yes. We offer custom enterprise agreements for government departments, state-owned entities, and large institutions. Contact our sales team to discuss your requirements. Board resolution may be required for Sovereign-tier deployments involving classified or critical national infrastructure workloads.
How does annual billing work?
Annual billing gives you a 15% discount — effectively two months free. You are billed once per year at the annual rate. If you cancel before the year is up, the remaining balance is refunded on a prorated basis. Annual plans are available for all three tiers: Standard (ZAR 147,900/yr), Enterprise (ZAR 300,900/yr), and Sovereign (ZAR 504,900/yr).
